Eco-thermal inserts fit perfectly into the Idea of Sustainability. Our solution is a win-win for all parties: manufacturers, private investors, construction companies and the environment. It allows recycled plastic to be recycled and removed from the environment for up to 100 years. The size of cavities in a block in cellular concrete is approx. 1%, and in silica blocks it is approx. 35%. The ecological acoustic-thermal insert is a system of flexible plastic tubes and is 100% recycled, which is why the environment benefits so much. The handles and holes in the blocks are of different sizes and shapes, which is why our insert is so unique and versatile. The ecological acoustic-thermal insert does not interfere with the production cycle of the blocks. In modern construction, the aim is to make the house as energy-independent as possible. Our solution aims to additionally protect the walls against heat loss, which is the same direction to achieve the common goal of zero carbon emissions. This will contribute to reducing the exploitation of the earth’s resources. The eco-thermal insert was recognised with an award by Urban Lab Rzeszów in September 2022. For-this, I believe, is a very good course of action. In our opinion, the insole is the greatest ecological innovation for walls without interfering with their production.

An excellent illustration of how the temperature permeates the masonry with Termwall inserts is shown in the following thermal imaging photo of the wall (top view), which shows the distribution of temperatures permeating through the tested masonry made from 400 class cellular concrete blocks. It is clear from this that the Termwall inserts definitely retain heat on the inside in a room with a positive temperature and at the same time protect against the penetration of low temperatures from the outside. Although the temperatures of the masonry inside the room are similar, the places where the inserts are placed give up to 5.7oC higher heat performance, which is noticeable on the entire wall..
